  4. ACTION - Assessment, planning, structure—are all meaningless if you don’t follow through. Day-to-day issues will keep coming. Tierney of the urgent reactions won’t slow down. We need to develop the tools, systems and processes to see the plan through. – And have the systems to measure in real-time data. This is moving forward.

Jeffrey “Jeff” Stevens has earned a reputation as the thought-leader in the delivery of “Experience Management” or XM Facility solutions. He has achieved award winning results and industry recognition from CoreNet Global Innovators Award, and programs that earned a designation of “Fortune Magazine’s Top 100 Companies to Work For”.

Jeff has successfully developed and executed facilities service solutions for a diverse range of clients across multiple market segments. He has designed and delivered tangible service solutions that directly correlate Facilities Management (FM) programs with the core activities of the organizations he serves. In this new service model, FM metrics are tied directly to the customer’s ability to recruit, retain and motivate productivity all while showing month over month cost savings. FM therefore becomes a true value add to the organization. These programs have seen +20% reduction in employee attrition resulting in >5% increased productivity; while also positively affecting the cultural environment of employment. Mauro Scigliano

Mauro “Mo” Scigliano has a proven expertise with an outstanding record of accomplishments in managing and leading major FM businesses with 35 plus years’ experience. He is a seasoned leader with demonstrated abilities in: creating and building management teams, as well as managing acquisitions and divestitures, and company turnarounds.

Mauro has lead major transitions from single service business to integrated FM services platform, systems and process management that has transformed and repositioned companies by bringing value to their customers and enhancing the bottom line.

Mauro brings extensive cross industry experience, from all aspects of the FM marketplace; to leading sales and marketing groups. while improving and sustaining growth, profits and a culture.

Coby Orr

Principal Partner


Coby Orr began his career cleaning windows in the summers of his high school and college years. He began to realize the potential of the cleaning industry at an early age. After graduating from the University of Alabama, he started a ServiceMaster franchise in Collierville TN. He then became the National Account Sales Manager for ServiceMaster a fortune 150 company before he began his partnership with Mitchell Spurlock and founded Diversified Maintenance Systems, Inc. in 1997.

Diversified remains a national janitorial service company specializing in retail, commercial, industrial, and transportation markets. The company is headquartered in

Tampa, FL. and serves all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada.

In 2010 Coby sold his interest in Diversified to Frontenac Equity group located in

Chicago. He continued to serve as a consultant in the customer retention, growth

and strategic acquisition initiatives ; before joining Andaré Advisory Group in 2018.
